All orders are shipped from our Perth warehouse. In-stock items dispatch within 1 business day.

Small Items small, medium, large & XLarge Items (via Aramex, Couriers Please or Australia Post):
WA Metro & Regional: 1–4 business days
Adelaide Metro: 4–6 business days
East Coast Metro (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane): 5–8 business days
Regional NSW/VIC/QLD: 6–10 business days
TAS, NT, Far North QLD: 7–12 business days

Furniture & Large Items (via TNT, Toll, Northline, etc):
Perth Metro: 1–3 business days
WA Regional: 3–6 business days
Adelaide Metro: 5–7 business days

- Small, medium, large & XLarge items are delivered to your door but not brought inside.
- Large/bulky goods are delivered to ground level only. For deliveries without forklift access, tailgate unloading is provided at an aditional cost.

If you've provided Authority to Leave, your parcel will be placed in a secure area at the property. Couriers may decline to leave parcels if no safe spot is found. Hausette is not responsible for parcels once delivered under ATL terms.

If no one is home and no ATL has been granted, your courier will leave a card and redirect your parcel to the nearest depot or post office. Unclaimed or returned orders may incur storage and redelivery fees.

Pre-order dates are a guide and may change. We will notify you via email if timelines are extended. Orders with pre-order items will ship once all products are available.
