Free shipping offer

Spend $150 or more on eligible items and enjoy complimentary standard shipping across Australia. Bulky or heavy items are excluded from this offer and are categorised by weight and size at checkout.

Dispatch timeframes

All orders ship from our Perth warehouse.

Orders dispatch within 24-48 business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

During peak periods such as Christmas, dispatch timeframes may extend due to carrier network volume.

Shipping partners

We use trusted carriers selected by parcel size, weight and destination. Our primary carriers include:

  • Aramex (most small parcel deliveries)
  • Australia Post (small parcels and most destinations, including Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect where eligible)
  • Border Express (larger parcels and select regional routes)
  • Express Post is currently unavailable.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, tracking is added to your order and you will receive an automated tracking email to your nominated email address.

Before contacting us, please:

  1. Search your inbox for your HAUSETTE shipping email (sent via Shopify).
  2. Check your spam or junk folder (tracking emails commonly filter there).
  3. Use the tracking link to follow progress with the courier.

If you have checked your inbox and spam folder and you still cannot locate your tracking email, contact us via our contact form : and we will forward the link.

Tracking updates are controlled by the courier network. If your tracking shows in transit, your parcel is moving through the carrier system and we are not able to speed this up from our end. For delivery status updates, depot holds, or local delivery enquiries, please contact the courier directly using your tracking details.

Please contact us if:

  • Your tracking number shows no results (tracking error), or
  • Your tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your parcel.

These timeframes are a guide only and may vary during peak periods.

We can not guarantee delivery time frames.

Small items (via Aramex or Australia Post):

WA metro and regional: 1-4 business days

Adelaide metro: 4-6 business days

East coast metro (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane): 5-8 business days

Regional NSW, VIC, QLD: 6-12 business days

Tasmania, NT, far north QLD: 7-12 business days

Furniture and large items (via freight partners):

Perth metro: 1-3 business days

WA regional: 3-6 business days

Adelaide metro: 5-7 business days

East coast metro: 6-12 business days

Regional and remote Australia: 7-14 business days

Delivery information for large and bulky goods

  • Small, medium, large and XLarge items are delivered to your door but not brought inside.
  • Large and bulky goods are delivered to ground level only.
  • For deliveries without forklift access, tailgate unloading can be arranged at an additional cost.
  • Need delivery upstairs or to a non-standard location. Email us for a custom quote.

Authority to leave, SMS updates and safe delivery addresses

All parcels shipped with Aramex and Australia Post are sent with Authority to Leave.

Couriers may decline to leave parcels if no safe location is available. If this occurs, your parcel may be redirected to a depot or (for Australia Post) to a local Post Office for collection, and a contact card may be left.

At checkout, the mobile number you provide is supplied to the courier. Delivery updates are commonly sent by SMS, so please ensure your phone number is correct and keep an eye on your text messages.

Australia Post and Aramex may take a delivery photo when a parcel is left.

We strongly recommend choosing a delivery address where someone can accept delivery during business hours, especially for higher value orders. This can be a workplace or another address where a person is present.

If tracking confirms delivery (and where available, includes delivery photo evidence), we treat the order as delivered. If you believe your parcel has been NOT delivered, contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier enquiry.

Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect deliveries

If you choose delivery to an Australia Post Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect location, you must collect within Australia Post timeframes:

  • Parcel Locker: collect within 2 business days
  • Parcel Collect: collect within 10 business days

If a parcel is returned to sender due to non-collection, we can offer:

  • Re-delivery once the address is confirmed. Re-delivery fees apply, or
  • A refund of the item value only. Original shipping fees are retained.

Missed deliveries and return to sender

If nobody is home and Authority to Leave is not available, your courier may redirect your parcel to a depot or post office for collection.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to missed delivery, non-collection, or an address issue, we will contact you once it arrives back at our Perth warehouse and confirm your preferred next step (re-delivery fee or refund of item value as outlined above). Original shipping fees are retained as the shipping service has been used.

Address accuracy and changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it.
