Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 for small homewares and accessories items. Shipping is calculated based on weight, Large bulky or heavier items do not qualify for this offer. Please check product details for eligibility.

Discounts apply only to selected outlet products.

Hausette reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time during the promotional period.

All outlet sales are final—no returns or exchanges. Please carefully review images and descriptions before purchasing.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, email us at orders@hausette.com.au immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will process a full refund. Orders are only considered cancelled once you receive a confirmation email. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase is not quite right, you may return it within seven days of receiving your order. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to issue a credit note or exchange.

Returned items must:

Be in original, unused condition

Remain in their original packaging, with all tags attached

Include a copy of your receipt

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and process your credit note or exchange.

Please note: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, credit notes, or refunds.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully inspect all orders prior to dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at orders@hausette.com.au within 5 working days of receiving your item.

We will assess the issue and, where necessary, arrange a return and replacement (subject to stock availability). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this timeframe.

Order Modifications

If your order has not yet been processed, you may request to add an item by emailing orders@hausette.com.au. Once an order has been processed, additional items must be purchased separately.

Stock Availability

We clearly indicate whether an item is in stock (ready for immediate dispatch) or available for pre-order (with an estimated delivery date). If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Website Security

We prioritise security to protect your information. Our website and payment systems are designed with robust security measures, and we do not store or retain credit card details once a transaction has been completed.
